Peter Faber is a Dutch actor with an impressive film and drama career. His artistic journey started in 1959 on stage of the open-air theater in Amsterdam-Noord. It soon became clear that Faber is a versatile actor, who showed his acting talent in both comical and dramatic roles.
In 1970 he co-founded the influential “Werktheater“, where he further developed his talent. His acting skills have been awarded twice with the prestigious Louis d’Or, an acknowledgment of his impressive contribution to the stage.
In addition to his film and drama work, Peter Faber is known for his dedication to social issues. In 2008 he founded the Peter Faber Foundation, with the aim of inspiring young people and prisoners to increase their confidence, creativity, pride and awareness of the consequences of their choices.
